The classical orchestra is composed of four sections the string section, the woods section, the brass section and the percussion section. In a study of the Sections of the Orchestra, it was detailed that the string sections are carve up into four parts. These parts are the first violins, second violins, violas, and cellos and double lowes. The woodwind section is composed of devil oboes, two flute s, two bassoons, and two clarinets. The brass section, on the other hand, consists of two trumpets, four horns, three trombones, and a tuba. Finally, the percussion section is composed of pair of timpani (kettledrums), a side drum (snare drum), a bass drum, cymbals, and a triangle. These are the basic groups of instruments used in an orchestra.
